What in the world am I talking about you might be asking… please refer to the most current issue of TDCN, my article about our upcoming Annual Celebration and Business Meeting on October 23rd.. Cannot find the article…not to worry here is the part I am talking about

This year we will highlight Missions. Your help is needed.  We need your Mission Stories.  Have you participated in a Mission Trip or event?  If your Mission Trip was one afternoon, one day, two weeks…if you were involved in Mission work, we want you to share your story.   Please send a sentence or two or take as much space as you need to tell your story.  We will share your stories at our Detroit Conference UMW Annual Celebration and Business Meeting.  Please Email your story to Mary Fox: mlquig@yahoo.com or postal mail 1041 Gerald Miller Rd.  West Branch, MI 48661.  If you have questions please call 989-239-6334.  RE: Postal Mail, time is running very short… please use this postal address   6163 Myrtle Ave. Flushing, MI 48433

AND… For the whole day of our Celebration….You can each join in the Celebration by dressing the part of doing “Missions”.  Dress in the native dress if you traveled to where they dress differently than most of us.  Wear you paint clothes if you painted, carry a hammer if you helped to build something… bring a soup bowl if you helped at soup kitchen... and the list goes on and on… be creative.

AND…one more thing… Pass this email along to everyone you know that will be attending our Annual Celebration and Business Meeting.  We are Woman of Purpose… Mission is part of our Purpose… let’s tell our story!!!
